Pilot Participation Terms

Effective Date: 01 september 2025

Welcome to the Present You Pilot Programme — an exclusive opportunity to test and benefit from early access to some of our compliance services before their full public release. By participating, you are contributing to the development of practical, streamlined solutions for startups, fintechs, and SMEs navigating modern regulatory landscapes.

By checking the agreement box in the intake form, you confirm your acceptance of the following terms

1. Purpose of the Pilot

This pilot programme is designed to validate, refine, and enhance Present You’s suite of professional compliance services. The areas of focus include:

• GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679)

• ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015)

• ISO/IEC 27001 – Information Security Management Systems (ISO/IEC 27001:2022)

By participating, you gain early access to insights and tailored recommendations, while helping shape tools and services for your sector.

Participation is facilitated via our dedicated compliance platform, designed to streamline your experience from intake to results delivery.

2. Scope of the Services

Depending on your selected pilot, you will receive one or more of the following:

GDPR Pilot:

• GDPR Maturity Assessment Questionnaire

• Gap Analysis Report aligned with key obligations under EU GDPR

• Tailored improvement recommendations and optional follow-up

ISO 9001 Pilot:

• Quality Management Readiness Questionnaire

• Gap Analysis Report mapped to ISO 9001:2015 clause requirements

• Actionable advice on documentation and process enhancements.

ISO/IEC 27001 Pilot:

• ISMS Maturity Questionnaire

• Gap Analysis Report aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and Annex A controls

• Recommendations for risk treatment and governance structures

3. Duration and Termination

The pilot begins upon submission of the intake form and ends upon delivery of the associated report and collection of feedback. Either party may terminate participation at any time by providing written notice (e.g., via email).

4. No Commercial Relationship or Fees

This pilot is not a paid engagement and does not constitute a commercial service agreement under Lithuanian Civil Code or relevant EU contracting rules. No invoices will be issued, and no service-level commitments apply.

5. Participant Commitments

As a pilot participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete responses in questionnaires and forms

• Participate in one short feedback survey per service tested, helping us understand what works and what can be improved

• Avoid redistribution or commercial use of the materials or outputs provided

• Respect confidentiality and professional integrity throughout the pilot

• Access and use the provided platform to complete your assessments and review your outputs.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared by either party — including business data, assessment inputs, and feedback — will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of delivering the pilot and improving Present You’s services. Confidentiality obligations survive the end of the pilot.

7. Intellectual Property

All forms, templates, methods, and reports remain the intellectual property of Present You UAB. You are granted a limited right to use your specific deliverables internally but may not share or republish them externally without written consent.

8. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

Present You processes your personal data exclusively for the delivery of pilot services and collection of feedback, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

• - Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) – Consent

• - Data collected: Name, email, company name, role, assessment inputs, and feedback

• - Retention: Data is retained only for the duration of the pilot unless you explicitly opt in to further communications or projects

• - Your rights: You may withdraw consent or request data access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting solutions@presentyou.co

9. Limitation of Liability

As this is a no-cost, exploratory engagement, Present You accepts no liability for business decisions, regulatory interpretations, or actions taken based on the preliminary reports provided during the pilot.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and relevant EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or, if needed, through competent Lithuanian courts.
