Our services are tailored for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in regulated industries or seeking to align with European frameworks. Clients must be at least 18 years old and authorized to engage in binding contracts on behalf of their organisations.
1.3 Languages of Service
PresentYou primarily provides services and agreements in English. For clients in Spain or those who request it, all services, agreements, and contractual terms can be provided in Spanish, with Spanish governing the provision of service for those engagements. Upon special request, we may also provide agreements and services in French, though English remains the default language unless otherwise agreed.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the agreed services. Failure to do so may result in delays or termination of services, subject to applicable legislation and contractual terms.
2.3 Service Limitations
Our focus is on guidance and preparation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as certifications, as these depend on external factors and client collaboration.
2.4 Collaborative Approach
Present You’s services are delivered in collaboration with clients. Liability is limited to the agreed scope of work and does not extend to the client’s performance or actions.
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1 Fee Structure
Service fees are determined on an hourly basis, with monthly payments required unless otherwise specified in the contract. Final fees are agreed upon after initial consultations.
3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:
PresentYou fails to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.
Refunds must comply with the terms set forth in the service agreement.
3.3 Dispute Resolution for Payments
Disputes regarding payments will first be addressed amicably. If unresolved, legal recourse may be pursued as per applicable laws.
4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
4.1 Confidentiality
While PresentYou does not typically handle sensitive personal data or trade secrets, all client information is treated with the utmost care. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) will be used when deemed necessary on a case-by-case basis.
4.2 Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of deliverables specified in the service agreement. PresentYou retains ownership of all other materials, templates, or resources developed during consultancy. Clients may freely use their deliverables as they see fit.
5. Website Usage
5.1 Content Ownership
All content on the PresentYou website, including text, graphics, blogs, and videos, is owned by Present You or licensed to us. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use of any content is prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any activities that may harm, disable, or overburden our website or violate any applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Present You maintains professional liability insurance as part of its commitment to responsible risk management. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Present You’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Present You is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, or from any reliance on the information provided.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Standard Resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with Present You’s services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation to reach an amicable resolution. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Lithuania or another jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by the parties.
7.2 Force Majeure
Present You is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or significant regulatory changes.
7.3 Professional Liability Insurance
In the event of a claim arising from the use of Present You’s services, the existence of professional liability insurance will be considered as part of the resolution process, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy and applicable laws.
8. Amendments and Termination
8.1 Amendments
Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Changes will apply to new clients only and will be published on the website. Existing clients will be notified of updates relevant to their ongoing agreements.
8.2 Termination of Services
PresentYou reserves the right to terminate services if:
The client fails to make timely payments.
The client engages in unprofessional or disrespectful behavior.
